Candidate should have:
Ability to handle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with optimization and personalization tools: Target, Optimizely, or similar required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience
Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics Workspace
Expert-level proficiency with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
Experienced in utilizing statistical concepts for A/B test analysis: statistical significance, confidence intervals, and establishing variance thresholds are a must.
Self-starter with a desire to learn and the ability to rapidly understand the business and its drivers
Bachelors degree in statistics, mathematics, behavioral economics or science, psychology, or equivalent
5+ years as an individual contributor performing web data analysis, preferably for an internet or technology company
